As soon as it sees those sensors the light should go off in the summer. If you run two different sets of sensors, youll have to get them reprogrammed every time you switch over.
Thats what I was hoping. I'm not gonna bother with 2 sets of sensors for the reason you mentioned. No interest in making the trip to the dealer at every swap. Does anyone know if the tire rack reset tool actually works? As soon as it sees those sensors the light should go off in the summer. I'll find out if it does in a week or so. I'll post here if it does or not.Thats what I was hoping. I'm not gonna bother with 2 sets of sensors for the reason you mentioned. No interest in making the trip to the dealer at every swap. Does anyone know if the tire rack reset tool actually works?
Yeah, rather do it myself though. My truck has yet to go to a shop, except to mount the tires. I like to do my own work if at all possible....Most tire shops will have the tool to reset or reprogram, i know my shop does.
I have the ATEQ TPM Quickset tool for sale if you'd like to buy one and do it yourself:Yeah, rather do it myself though. My truck has yet to go to a shop, except to mount the tires. I like to do my own work if at all possible....
