2007 Nismo. 40k miles.

I tow a 3000 lb camper throughout colorado often. Often off road too.

I am worried about the tranny/rad cross contamination and want to do the bypass...

what are my options?

Bypass and tow with nothing more? No new after Tranny cooler?

Buy a new after market tranny cooler? which one? Brands?

Help!

Also, Heading cross country in 2 weeks. 2400 miles. I am planning on changing all fluids, but worried about this tranny/rad deal considering I am almost close to warranty end.....

Anyone? Ideas?

If you are planning on towing and hauling and etc... I would replace the trans cooler that is mounted in the front of the radiator but make sure you get one that has a fan to help keep the temps down if they start to rise.

You may also want to add a trans temp gauge so you can see how the temps are doing so you don't get in a bind or anything.

Is the 8x10" ish sized cooler in front of the radiator on the left side (if facing the front of the truck) the transmission cooler? ... or is that for the AC ?

What is the very small cooler on the right side in front of the radiator ( like 4x2" ) ?
