My trailer lights wouldnt work this weekend so i busted out my multimeter. i have no power anywhere at my plug. i have the factory nissan 7-pin and have had it installed for 3yrs. now i dont remember which fuses i replaced. could someone here please point me in the right direction as to where to start troubleshooting??

right but which fuses, relays? these is no tow plug or related fuse that i found and i dont remember which i replaced with the kit from nissan!

The relays that come with the kit are located under the passenger side kick panel if that's what you're talking about.

i doubt it. use the DMM to test all the fuses.

everything else on the truck works fine so what fuses should i check?

Look at the undersides of the under hood fuse box covers to see which fuses are used for trailer towing. They are listed there.

I also live in Pennsylvania. Due to the excessive amount of salt sprayed on the roads each year, and the amount of driving I do as well, I need to replace the the towing pin connector yearly. Corrosion yields them nearly useless by the following season.
