I like the look and function of the H.D. dangling tow rings I see on the rear of Bummers and Jeeps. I need them for my front. I would rather BOLT than weld them on.
I live in Vancouver (BC) and I can't find them ANYWHERE. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestion of receiver type shackle, maybe I'll have to go that route for the rear if I don't get a decent bumper.
Thanks for the other option of fabricating a towing strut/bar to replace the original.

tow hook

I went the cheap route .........$12.00 for this tow hook, and it doesn't stick down like the original. 10,000lb rated, bolted right to the ARB frame rail.
I likeee but I still need a way to mount ring style shackles for the rear, cheap.......

I have a set of them around here some where from my XJ that i took off when i put a winch bumper on

it would be cheap and easy to make a few mounts with holes where you currently have the hooks. then you just need to add a shackle afterwards.

i have seen a guy that cut holes in the bumper in the back and somehow mounted shackle mounts to the frame through the bumper. looked ok and did the job
