I have a 2001 SC extended cab Frontier that has 3 cup holders between the seats. The most forward one sometimes has heat pouring out of it that is hotter than the heat ducts on high. Any thoughts ?

I'd ask the question in the 1st gen sub-forum, but I'd start by crawling under the truck with a light and look for a bad exhaust pipe or if anything else may be throwing off so much heat. If everything is in order, you can pull up the center console and lay down a better layer of heat shield, particularly if it is missing
