Titan Lumber Rack

Are the racks adjustable? Looking to fit them onto a 03 short box.

The reason I posted is because I have read in other post that it is pretty easy (objective) to cut the bar to fit to a smaller bed. But I believe they are designed to work with the Utili-trac system. Jut FYI.

You need to also flip the utuilitrac rails over like on the Titan which creates other issues like no clamping anything to the bed rails anymore.
