I just purchased a 2006 Crew LE and would like to replace the stock rims/tires. I am not really sure what would look best on it, so I’m hoping to get some opinions/feedback from someone that has already been down this road. The stock tires are 265/65R17. I am thinking 20’s, but I’m not sure what a good size would be. I also would like to go wider and sportier on the tire, but again, not sure of what a good width would be. I wouldn’t want to come out past the body of the truck much, if at all. So, any of you fine board members have any advice for a noob? It would be greatly appreciated.

One example I was looking at with Falken STZ04 275/45/20:

only problem i see with 20 inch rims is paying for the rubber. They jump up considerably after 18 in wheels.

Bump. 8)

Edit: After review, I am leaning towards going 285/50/20. Does anyone know a place that has a good selection for that rim/tire combo? TIA.
