I have a 2019 Crew Cab Midnight Edition that has the stock 265/60/R18 tires. What is the largest tire I can mount without any modification? Sorry if this is repetitive but couldn’t find info on 18 in. rims. Thanks for any advice.

The 18" wheel size doesn't matter with a stock wheel. It's the overall tire diameter and width that matters. Your 265/60R18 tire is 30.5" diameter and 10.4" wide. You could go up to a 265/65/R18 (same width, 31.6" dia) with no modifications. That has the same dimensions as the OEM Pro-4X tire.

Hi, not to derail the thread, but I have a midnight also with the 18" rims. So a 265/65/18 is the tallest we can go? Would a 265/70 tire work? or 275/65? I just want something beefier on it. I have the Pro 4x shocks on mine if that makes a diff.

31.5" is about the max you can go and not have to make a modification,

Without making any modifications, yes. PRO-4X shocks make no difference in ride height or tire clearance. If you want a taller tire, you'll probably need to melt the fender liners at the least, and possibly remove or cut the mud guards and/or chin spoiler.
