Was Wondering If Anyone WIth A 2.4 Can Take Pictures Of The TB Cause I Think I Put It Back Toghter Wrong (Like The Throttle Body Linkage For The Coolant Senser) Cause My Truck Fluxes 250-2500 RPM It Never Really Dies Cause It Catches Itself Before It Does, The TPS and MAF are good, i unplugged them and engine raises in idle

You probably need to wind the spring over one more revalution as when i did my thermal element I was not paying attention when I took the lock nut off and it spun on me. So the there is probably no pressure against the element and it also throws of the throttle. I ended up getting another throttle body for my 3.3 and did not notice until I got that was wound up right. Be careful when you test your TPS as it can be easy to cross your leads on your ohm meter. At least they are not to spendy to replace. My guess is that your spring is not wound tight enough though.

It does get pushed down certain amount. if you wind that spring over one more time so it is tighter this should take care of it.

I think the issue is with the thermal element spring. Pull that nut back off forget about the TPS and wind the spring over once more. If that does do the trick then focus on the TPS its one or the other I spent weeks pulling my hair out trying to figure out where I went wrong. The TPS only moves a little to begin with. You could pull it of and see how it moves the throttle. Remember it is still a sensor so the ecm needs to be able to talk to it. If it is fried the ecu will not know what to do with it. It is that spring or the tps that is your problem start with the spring
