I know, some folks don't consider cosmetic to be a "real Mod", but I have had the truck for two days... I had to do SOMETHING!

Before... Nice bright... eww!

So I have used this on other rigs, Now the Frontier gets the treatment...

A few (one light, three heavy) coats, and two coats of clear..

Still need to buff them, but that will have to wait for full paint cure.

Did the third eye brake light too...

Over all, it turned out nice.

Not too dark, the images look a little darker due to cell phone, and overcast sky. I'll add a sunny day shot if we ever get one of those here in the Seattle area... More mods to come...

Can I point out your flaw, you should have masked off the backup lights, you will regret it very quickly. Spray tinted the tails on my last pickup, even the backup lights, regretted it that very night. Bought aftermarket tinted tails for my wife's then Audi, they came with the backup lights non tinted, still a lot of light at night for backing.

I have a plan for this. I will be adding an LED tailgate strip in the next few weeks. It will have white LEDs for backing. The lights are not as dark as the images make them look.
