does anybody know if it is possible to switch a plastic front bumper to a steel bumper on an 05 frontier? any info will help. somebody ran into my car on my street overnight. so i need a new bumper. i'm thinking of switching to a steel bumper instead for durability and looks

It's possible but you might have to wait a bit. I know that Shrockworks is developing a new bumper for the 05 X. Not sure if it will be frontier compatible or not but the two vehicles can't be that far off. Also figure that Calmini will probably have something soon.

However my money is waiting on the Shrockworks bumper. The X prototype is incredible.
