Ok, I know there is at least 1 thread about aftermarket switches that fit the factory openings on a 2nd gen, but I'll be darned if I can find it.
A little help please?
Thanks

ThanksHere is a link to the company's web site: OTRATTW
I ordered the Contour V "upper LED independent" switches, which have a colored (mine are amber) background when the dash lights are on and a red light when the switch is on. But they have *a lot* of different styles and colors to choose from that will fit in the stock location.
Pic of mine (cell phone pic; the coloring is a little off)...

If you have trouble remembering the name of the company, it stands for "Over The River And Through The Woods."

From the upper glovebox, a robotic arm 'cracks' a cold one, then hands it to you!I love this beer switch!
Does activating the switch ignite a stove to heat the water to boil the malt sugar with the hops, and then cool the mixture with a modified transmission cooler, then pump the mixture using your on board air compressor to a pressurized keg cooled by on an board mini refrigerator?
(or does it just look cool lit up? )
The amber display looks cool but unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to get the red light to come on when I turn that switch on. I ran my dilemma by a more electrically smart friend and he couldn't come up with a good answer either. I'd have to actually tie it into some sort of accessory.(or does it just look cool lit up? )
Notice it's on the right side of the dash. It isn't for me...it's to calm the nerves of my passengers when I'm attempting something particularly stupid on the trail.Choosing Root Beer is mo' legal.
