Any reason we have to keep those stupid factory terminals with the built in fuses?

Is that that IPDM thing from a few years ago that a lot were having problems with if not might be for memory ie computer presets an such maybe something that needs constant power but I don't know it's a good question and I don't think I've never come across anybody asking or explaining what that actually goes to. I wouldn't but I guess you can chop em off if it still works then it's a go lol sorry I can't sleep but I'm in I'll keep looking at this thread just to see if you find out what they're actually for goodluck

If you take the nut off the fuse assembly lifts away as well as a couple wires under it, and you can swap on one of these marine terminals, it beats the bent sheet metal from the factory.
