new to the group, thanks for having me. Looking at buying my first Frontier. Looking at used 2013-2016 year models and the SL, pro4x and desert runner models. Like leather interior but not sure how it would hold up to my dog in the back seat area? anyone have expierences with this? Thanks for the input.

The only experiences I've had with seat wear are on the cloth seats. When getting out, you really have to be careful from sliding down and rubbing the edge of the seat. Before I got my 2013, I almost got a 2008 that was in perfect condition with the exception of excessive wear in the one spot on the drivers seat. Not sure if the leather seats hold up to this issue any better. You can always get good seat covers or in my case, running boards which the previous owner installed, possibly to address this. That edge of the seat is only a little worn compared to the 08.
