Hello I recently bought a 2017 Nissan Frontier pro 4x. I took it in for its first service/ oil change. Upon driving the truck home after the service i noticed it was driving weird. Looked when i got home and my drivers side rear suspension looked as if i had a truck full of weight. I got under the truck and started looking at everything and noticed my drivers side rear Bilstein shock was not mounted to the axle and just hanging under my truck and the shock nor metal mount looks damaged or stressed. I talked to a few friends and none of us have ever seen something like this. Plenty of broken shocks but never anything just unhooked and hanging with seemingly no other damage. So far this truck has spent 90% of its life on pavement only a gravel driveway at the hunting camp. I am seeking any advice on what might have caused this or what i should do when taking it back to the dealership. The manager offered to look at the shop camera but deemed it not necessary for some reason. I would just like to know if they caused this and if not and i brought it in like this how on earth he missed this when he rotated my tires. Any input at all would greatly be appreciated. thanks!

I would make them fix it for sure and then NEVER go back there again!
