Hey guys I have a 3.3l 04 frontier n/a and I was wondering if I could install the supercharger that comes on the supercharged version of this engine easily. Would it even be possible? Thanks for any help.

Im pretty sure it is possible. The downside you would need to change the intake plenum, and computer to compensate for the boost.

wouldn't the compression of the pistons be different as well? or are they the same. most of the time you have to have lower compression pistions when supercharging or turbocharging an engine.

Your best bet would be a complete engine/computer swap from the s/c frontier.

You will need the high volume fuel pump off the SC truck also.

Yea I thought if it was going to be an easy swap then I would try it, but for only a little gain in hp its just not worth it for me to try so Ill put that money towards other things.
