Has anyone put a smaller pulley on their supercharged frontier?

I am thinking of putting on a 2.4in pulley on my 2004 CC.... Any one know the boost increase or a noticeable increase in power?

Hey Trey,

Welcome to CF. There are a lot of members with a lot of mods that have been documented. It may be worth searching thru some of the older threads on this topic since it is a pretty common question.

Side Note: Why the 2.4 and not the 2.3?

i've put the 2.3 on my frontier. great power gain but the fuel milage goes down hill! Also when installing the pulley, don't use a vise to press it on. you will screw up your snout bearings like i did. After buying the pulley, pulley puller and a supercharger with 20k on it, I'm $500 poorer and using the stock supercharger pulley. On the plus side i now have a puller tool and a supercharger to build to handle the 2.3 pulley.
