Recently put a leveling kit on my 05. Took it in for an alignment today and the shop couldn't get the cam bolts loose. It's an 05 so it came from the factory with them. The tech said the bolts are seized in the bushings. Couldn't apply heat because it would melt the bushings. So I had to settle for them just adjusting the toe.

What can I do to get the camber corrected. It's 2 degrees out right now and I don't want it to tear up my tires.

Ok, just called greg at PRG about this and he said it is a common problem for the bolts to seize in the bushings, especially for the Titans. The only way to fix it is cut out the old bolts and replace the control arms because no one currently offers new bushings. So, to all of those that have done the titan swap, does anyone have any old stock frontier lower control arms laying around that they wouldn't mind getting rid of. Let me know and we can work out a deal.

Ran into this problem yesterday on the passenger side while installing my lift, I ended up grinding off the bolt on either side pulling the arm out and then using PB Blaster, a 3lb sledge and a punch to get it out, btw I looked and that lower arm is about $180. Good luck.
