Well it's been 7 weeks since I ordered and paid for my kit from PRG.
My phone calls go to an answering machine, my e-mails go un-answered
and nobody has given me a reason for the delay.
Has anyone had any recent dealings with PRG either good or bad?

please check the prg facebook page. they are going through some horrific things with their newborn at the moment. he will do right by you, but he is a dealing with a ton of personal stuff.

was about to say the same thing.. Oliver was born 8 weeks (I think) premature and has been having a lot of surgery.. So that has been his focus lately... as it should be..

Friday 18th June, we will not be on the office. A very rough morning with our son, we came very close to loosimg him. I will be backbin on Saturday. Parts are still on the same schedule. Cam bolts shipping tomorrow, a arms shipping Monday as well as Canadian orders. 2" frontier/ xterra spacers by Tuesday
So looks he is shipping your stuff Monday..

Yeah when I ordered my stuff a couple months back he was waiting for Radflo to produce some shocks for him(they were all back ordered but he had everything else). Took 6+ weeks for my stuff, all good though, all businesses have cut back production as demand's declined. Don't want to over spend and over produce product, it's tough for them to guess what they need to supply but you'll get your stuff, Greg's the man.

OP: I was wondering the same thing myself. I had ordered back in May and he said that the following week he was getting the Radflo shipment. I was gona phone this week coming and see what's up. Definetly not going to now, Nobody needs to be hassled in his situation, specially just for parts.

Can't help but feel for a guy in his situation!

Guys having dealt with Greg for a few years now I can assure you he will not let you down. I know everyones thoughts and prayers will be for Greg and Jenn at this time.

Gerg called me yesterday he told me my stuff will be shipped eairly next week. I got the advanced package, which is what you got too, right. What he told me when he called me was he was still waiting on rad flo's. Said he got word from rad flow that stuff was just shipped to him and he expected it to him on Monday.

Hope that helps you feel better.

Thanks for the PRG news!!

Wow, sorry to hear about the baby complications.
We all want it now in business, but family always comes first.
At least now I have an explanation and will stop pestering them.
It's nice to hear people comming to his defence.

Greg has done an awfull lot in the past few years to really up the bar on Nissan suspension stuff....Family complications always throw a wrench business, as it should. Family is who shows up for funerals, weddings, and illness. Not work..

Greg our thoughts go out to you and your family, as for the parts you'll get them, his family comes first everyone needs to realize this. The fact that he is even making time to deal with these issues and try to please his customers while his child is going through this shows his character. Dont worry Kirby you'll get your stuff Greg runs a great co. and wont let you down, just say a prayer and let him know that he should be putting all his energy towards his family right now!

Greg's a great guy.. I talked to him a few days ago to order some stuff for my xterra. Hes helped me with both my nissans for the past few years, Great guy that pretty much created the suspension aftermarket for 2ng gen nissan trucks. If I was in his shoes I wouldnt know what to do. I wouldnt even know how to work. Nothing comes before family...

Family does come first. Jen, Greg and newborn son. Have been going through it MAJOR. Ya'll probably do not know the half of it.

PRG Makes the finest products and has the best customer support ever.

Greg is a very hard worker.

Anyways greg is a beast, But fam comes first. Prayers out to his fam, im sure everyone will get there parts soon.

NO, NOTH'EN!!!

He called me last Thursday, and said all my stuff would ship out early next week, (which is this week) And I didnt get any email confirmation, that any thing was sent, so who knows if it was sent or not.

I'm sure Greg is a nice guy and all, but honestly, I placed my order 8 weeks ago, and I still dont have my stuff. Thats the bottom line. And ya know what, I dont care if he is Jesus Christ him self, I paid him $1,800 8 weeks ago, and I got 1 phone call, thats it. Sub-par. IMHO.

And had it have been some big company that sells hundreds of lifts a day you wouldn't have even received that. They would just wait till you contact them and, even then, they probably wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

This comment right here just gives proof to the kind of person you are. Grow up and get over it. I highly doubt you would put your company before your new born child if you were in his situation. If you aren't satisfied, call your bank, tell them to get your money back, and take your business elsewhere. Greg has done so much for the Nissan community and doesn't deserve to talked about like this while going through all this. If anything we should all be supporting him right now, it's the least we could do to pay him back for all he's done for us.

words truly spoken from a person that obviously does not have kids because if you did you would know that when you have a child it really puts priorities of life in perspective and that kid is number one over everything. and you truly have no understanding of the stress that even the father goes through when bringing a healthy child into the world add onto that complications and i'm sure he feels like someone is twisting a knife in his heart. work is no place for someone to be for him with what is going on with his family and personally i wouldnt care if you sent me a million dollars your order would not take priority over my child. seriously man grow up a bit and if you do have any kids and a family i feel sorry for them because your priorities are a bit off
