When my truck is in park and I turn the steering wheel from side to side maybe 2 inches I get squeak. Any ideas? I changed the front diff fluid. Got new oil in that. None of the suspension moves. Maybe steering gear box? 2001 4wd 3.3

Check your power steering fluid. Either low or dirty.
