Hey there folks, Glad to find this forum, Just got a 2012 frontier SV and love it so far. Our highways are crap outhere, potholes like tank traps. The steering wheel seems to respond to these bumps ALOT! I mean at highway speeds and I hit a pothole it jumps in my hand, truck stays stable but i'm not sure whats up, Is this normal for a frontier? I was driving a Dakota for years. Thanks!

What do you got for tires? Mine came with Hankook RH12 265/70R16 All-Season and they were spooky with potholes. I switched to Hankook ATM RF10 All-Terrain 265?75R16 and they are SO MUCH better...

What do you mean by spooky? similar thrashing of the wheel?
Bridgestone duelers H/L. they ride great, yet seem "soft", I feel everything in the road.

The specs look like a good SUV/Crossover tire but in my opinion they are too much of a "passenger tire" for use on a truck, that could be where your soft squishy feel comes from...
