Has anyone had any dealings with SteelCraft Automotive out of Corona CA. I am trying to resolve an issue with some ss oval bars that supposedly have a lifetime warranty. I am not having much luck with their customer service.

Two things, first was when I went to remove them from my 07 truck the bolts that hold the tubes to the brackets wouldn't come out. The problem was the rivnut insert was spinning in the tube, so I had to grind off the bolt heads to get the brackets off. They were willing to send me new inserts and the tool to install them but I figured it would be the same junk inserts. So I found stainless steel 5/16" rivnuts on ebay. Secondly, I have rust leeching out from under the step pads, they said that it is from the clips they used may have not been stainless. So finally today after 4 calls and 3 weeks I have them sending me 4 pads and new clips for the cost of ups.
