My buddys dodge was doing the samething. We put it on jacks and crawled under it to listen. I sprayed wd40 on the ujoints and rubbed grease on the boots. This solved nothing immediatly but 3 days later he hit a puddle and the squek was gone! That's not much help but I couldn't find where it was squeaking but it doesn't anymore!

So start with the ujoints and go lub crazy

Find out if its the front or rear shaft making noise. If you are 2wd it could be the center support bearing making noise also. Check for signs of rust coming out from around the u-joint caps may just be the joints are worn.
