Looking to get a spray-in bed liner done by my local Line-Ex guy. I cant decide whether to go over the rails or under. He does a great job on the over that rail spray, but for some reason I like the look of the ABS blastic bedcaps.

I'm also looking at getting a BakFlip G2 soon. Will it work better or worse with the over the rail spary?

you could always have them spray it over the rail and then re-install your plastic side-rails over the top of your spray in. I just bought a 2003 frontier and its got Rhino-Liner sprayed over the rail and it is really faded to a grey color (and chipping in a few places). I'm actually thinking of buying some of the plastic sides to go on top to freshen it up.

i'll 2nd that as well, mine got scratched just looking at them in the wrong tone of voice. i got my rhino done over the rails and haven't regretted it for one minute. highly recommend doing this to anyone who asks
