Hello everyone, I'll a new member but been reading the Forum for about a month. So impressed with what I was hearing from all of you, I made up my mind to trade-in my Jeep of 15 years for a new Frontier (actually going to keep the Jeep). The local dealer could not locate what I looking for so I had to order it, should be in next month. Can't wait! I ordered the 06 SB Nismo KC with Audio and Tow Packages.

I have a couple of questions and would appreciate any suggestions. I'm looking at these accessories: Body Side Moldings, Hood Protector, Step Rails, Cold Air Kit, and the biggie, a good secure Tonneau Cover (hard, roll type, or maybe fold up). I've checked Brian's web site (YOURNISSANPARTS) and he seems to have the best prices with the 10% discount. The Tonneau, I'm not sure which would be best. I've looked at Retrax, Fold-a-Cover, Pace-Edwards, and the Nissan cover which I guess is not available. Thanks for any help. R.D.

Welcome to the forum, I just purchased the Extang Trifecta b/c I heard some real good things about it, it folds into three and could easily be taken off the truck. I hope you enjoy your truck as much as I enjoy mines !

Thanks for the comments. I see there's an exhaust system for the 05-06 Frontier. That would be a great mod, just wonder how it would affect the warranty? Still looking for the right Tonneau Cover, checked out a PaceEdwards yesterday. Looked nice but alittle pricey.

The Gale Banks exhaust is out, the magnaflow is about the be released, and gibson is out.

Go right to your Nissan Dealership and ask them if you can look at the Torza Tonneau cover for your truck. I bought one and it works great, doesn't leak and because of the locking tailgate there is no access to the bed. Also it has the Nice NISSAN logo on the tonneau cover.

I guessing the Torza Tonneau is the soft cover? How secure is it? I carry tools in the bed and need one that's at lease semi-secure.

The dealer parts manager told me yesterday that the Hard Tonneau Cover by Nissan is now out but it's going to be $1040 plus installation. Wondering if any one has bought one yet? I would probably consider it if it was half that price!

Any chance you got the traction package also?? If you go off road you will want the locking diffs.

Don't think that I'll be able to sleep tonight.....pick up my new Frontier tomorrow! It arrived a month early.

No I didn't get the Traction Package (I got the 4x2 and believe it's only available on the 4x4) but the NISMO has Locking Rear Differential which should help alittle. And I still have a 4x4 Jeep if I need it. We don't get much snow here and I'm getting too old or maybe too smart to 4-wheel anymore.
