That is a good price. I got one new off Amazon this summer for $110ish. That was the lowest price I have seen. I use it all the time camping. Since the Northstar is in the back, I like to put the cargo basket on the front for a little counterweight.

Also, there are some light duty snowplows that mount to the front hitch, if you’re looking for more ideas.
