It's a bit dirty and can use a good wash, other than that, it is in perfect condition. No tears or abrasions.
You will need to buy the adhesive strips as they can't be reused, also I would recommend replacing the bedrail weather stripping. Both of these can be bought on the softopper website for less than $20.
