Skid plates

Has anyone tried using the aluminum skid plates for the second gens from 4x4parts. I know they are lighter than shrocks but are they as strong?

They do have a really nice design, and are probably a little lighter than the Schrocks, but look at the price

I know they are very pricey but Look at the diference in weight. they wind up being 120lbs lighter but are they as strong?
