Well my bumper and winch finnaly arrived about a week ago. After a 6 month wait, you would think that it would come in lookin good with everything I ordered.....but instead it was scached, down to metal, and rusting....and missing the wireless remote that I ordered:censor:. So I called shrock, and they were suprisingly helpful. They have good customer service I'll give them that. Jim credited me back enough to get the scatches fixed and put the wireless controler/box in the mail. I have to say, now that I know how long waits can be, and even though it showed up damaged, I will still order with confidence from them.
For anyone that is worried about their stuff, make sure that when you recieve it, check it out for any damage because if you don't you may not be as lucky as me. The shipping company is responsible to get these things fixed but will only do so if it signed for as damaged.
All in all I'm happy with the way Jim has treated me, and will order again now that I know what to expect for wait times. Plus if I do get it quicker than 6 months it's like icing on the cake.
So in short, order with confidence but be aware of the possible long wait times. And when you recieve your items, check them good make the delivery guy wait, open them and look them over that way Jim won't get stuck with the repair bill like he did with me. Thanks again Jim.
