they should first work on cutting down wait times for sliders, bumpers from the minimum 6-8 months for Nissan parts vs. few weeks for toyotas.

its nice they are having a sale, but they already cannot keep up with the current demand for nissan parts. selling more will do what to that? make people wait even longer?

This is true when they recieve 1-2 orders at a time. If they get a large order at once, they will be able to get all the material and have it cut at once. This will probably be the same wait time but they will have more bumpers and sliders and etc... out the door.

I figured this was the case. That's what happens when Toyota totally dominates the offroading segment....reputations are hard to change.

their business plan of waiting for X number of orders before sending out to get plates cut is just stupid. they need to figure out something more efficient since Nissan orders will obviously not match the volume of toyota orders. Sucks to be the first person on that list and shrock expecting a customer to wait forever for that order list to fill. The thread on wait times over on thenewx is pathetic.

yeah thats stupid... I dont know about u but when i order something i want it fast/now... But if u tell them that u will make that order a c.o.d i bet they will get it out fast thats my $.02

So I just called and talked to Jim, decided I needed to order a set of sliders. Figured Id ask him what the lead time would be and he said they are currently making some of these sets so it should ship out in a week or two
