I installed the bumper on Saturday. Overall the bumper is great, high quality and the directions were good. I found it hard to get the stock bumper off, I did not know you had to take off the grill. Right now the truck has the stock front suspension, I don't think it settled that much, look like less than an inch. So now i need new shocks. What is the stock spring rate for a Frontier (stock SE 4x4) and a Titian? Also what spring rate do you recommend?

When I started, I took the bull bar off a few weeks ago.

After the install.

From the side.

Does this ^^ look bad, can damage occur from the angle of the control arm. I let the truck settle some (overnight) before I took these pictures.

Yea, I know I need new shocks badly, I am thinking about getting 2.5 coilovers at 750lbs spring rate if I can, because I though stock was around 600lbs. I don't want to so upper arms, I was only planning on doing an inch or 2 compared to stock in the front and 2inches in the rear. I would like to keep the load caring capacity of the rear end, the best would be to increase it if I could.

Nice looking bumper.

Stock spring rate is 500lbs. 750lbs is way to much.

Get the Icon coilovers from nick. Prerunnerparts - Home You get them for stock control arms.

bumper looks great, how long was the wait?

Any of the aftermarket coilovers should be fine as long as you can adjust the preload to compensate for the weight. I use the radflo 2.0's and they have been more then sufficient, but there are definitly lots more options now then there used to be.

I like those because of the coating on them. I also want their rear shocks, that they don’t make yet.

I think was about 15 to 16 weeks. I had the bumper in the garage for a few weeks before I could install it.
