There's a lot of articles on here if you just search a bit dude, but seen as how I'm not a complete arsehole...
You have basically 2 options:
brand new aftermarket coilovers which are 760 and up plus shipping, which can get you up to 4 inches of lift for a 4x2
or Bilstein 5100s, which will replace your shock only for about 200 plus shipping (and more in labour) but apparently have a good ride on them and offer .5-2.5 inches of lift. Best price I've seen is at shockwarehouse.com. I almost it a set before I got a deal on coilovers and upper arms
