Ok, Can I go with a taller shock in the front of my truck w/out having hoops? I know it sounds like a dumb question but since I had to soften my front end a bit my tires are rubbing on my fender wells and I've already trimmed the insides of them, I have a stage 4 system up front with those yellow and blue bilsteins, so can I go with a taller shock?

A shock won't give you the extra lift you are looking for. You are going to have to crank the T bars more or do hoops with coilovers.

The issue with longer shocks is that when you go into compression, they can bottom out and blow the shock. The same goes for the reverse. If you install a shorter shock, it won't lower your truck but it will cause issue when you go into flex and break it in half.

how much lift did you gain with the new parts?
Are those stock replacement shocks?

They are regular bilsteins, not too worry though. I talked to SL yesterday at he's gonna start to whip up my shock hoops and we are throwing Fox shocks up front w/resivoir, it's gonna be a bad mo fo. I have to wait a little longer on this one though. Probably toward the end of next month by the time it's fab'd, shocks ordered, everything shipped and I can find a trustworthy shop in Col Springs. I should have gained 3" of lift overal and 1 " in back. With this next project I'll be adding 2" on top of what I have.
