Hey everyone i started having this fuel backsplash again. I have to use the lowest fill speed or it constantly clicks off every few seconds even when filler from half tank. I had this issue before and earlier this year i removed and cleaned and checked the evap canister and valve. Its not the valve unless theres no code for the 05. Its either the tube or the fuel door sticking (not sure where its located). I doubt its the Evap canister itself. Can anyone tell me if there is a aftermarket filler neck? Its a 05 Frontier SE 2x4 Crew Cab SB.

I didnt know if they made any which is why i asked. Anyone know where the fuel inlet one way valve is? Im thinking its between the tank and the filler neck. Im going to check the vent line on the filler neck and the vent for the evap canister.

After reading a large thread in this forum. Most of these issues happen on SBs. Sense these dont raise codes the dealers wont release a recall. Pathfinders at one time had a filler neck recall. I believe its either the one way valve or the neck.
