While replacing my stereo I managed to really scrape my climate control buttons by mistake....DOH!!!! My truck is an 09 KC PRO-4X. I have the two small knobs on the sides with 4 buttons in between and 3 in a row up above..

1. Does anyone know what model years fit, I think its just 09/10?

2. Do the XE, SE and LE controls fit my truck? I found XE controls at a junkyard that would have to be shipped.

3. Any did the LE King Cab have auto climate controls that I may be able to use?

The climate controls for the Frontier (XE, SE, LE, PROX-4) were redesigned in 2009 and are a carryover for MY 2010. The system is manual regardless of the model - auto-climate is not available on the Frontier.

Did you damage any of the rectangular buttons to the center of round knobs on the left/right? If it's just one/both of the knobs, then you may be able to get replacements at the dealer. You may have a tough time finding doaner parts from a 2009/10 so getting the parts from the dealer may be your best option. Hopefully your new audio system will overcome the visual damage done to your climate buttons/knobs.

Unfortunately it is the buttons I scraped up. 4 of them. I had the shift knob off and when I went to take the harnesses out of they HU and climate controls, I didn't realized it was scraping the crap out of the buttons. I have the metra kit, so the scraped bezel doesn't matter. I found one junk 09 donor cross country but I don' think it has AC. New part looks to be $200 from the dealer

Anyone know if the 2009/2010 controls would fit a 2005.... love to do a small upgrade. Might have to look into it when I get my truck on Sat.

Just from looking at pictures online it looks like they completely redesigned the center section of the dash. I like the look of the new controls and would definitely switch them out if I could.
