I love general tires but I didn't know 18 fit with out a lift. The gentleman to me he didn't have a lift on the truck. Is this true?

18's are no problem, but I'm surprised that tire size is not an issue. The stock 18" tire size is 265/60/18, but the ones on that truck are 265/70/18. That's almost 33" diameter.

That why I'm confused. So 33" on 18's will work with out a lift?

Those are the 18" from the Sport Appearance Package SV, only offered in 2012. The wheels are the same as the SL 18" wheels but in a different color. That size won't fit without doing the melt mod and removing or trimming the factory mud flaps.

The fact that those are 265mm wide 33's diameter tires instead of 285 really help the no lift fit. Not even sure one needs to melt to fit.

The, 265/75 is pretty much an alternate OEM size (considered a plus zero from the stock 265/70R16) for the 4x4 and Desert runner trucks, albeit in a 16 inch wheel normally. Having said that, those wheels you are lusting after are in fact an OEM Nissan wheel. I think part of a past sport appearance package but I may be mistaken on the type of package. The tire is probably just an oem size 265/65R18 for the 18 inch wheel, which is approximately the same size as the 265/75/R16. On both sizes the measurements come to just around 31.6 x 10.4 inches. No trimming needed at all, bolt on and roll away!

They should fit no problem - I have no lift and fit 285/75/16 and still have my mud flaps on. Only thing it need was removal of the lower front valence and some melt mod. My truck is also a 2005 with original suspension so I am sure that I am sagging lower than a new truck!
