I love general tires but I didn't know 18 fit with out a lift. The gentleman to me he didn't have a lift on the truck. Is this true?

18's are no problem, but I'm surprised that tire size is not an issue. The stock 18" tire size is 265/60/18, but the ones on that truck are 265/70/18. That's almost 33" diameter.

That why I'm confused. So 33" on 18's will work with out a lift?

Those are the 18" from the Sport Appearance Package SV, only offered in 2012. The wheels are the same as the SL 18" wheels but in a different color. That size won't fit without doing the melt mod and removing or trimming the factory mud flaps.

The, 265/75 is pretty much an alternate OEM size (considered a plus zero from the stock 265/70R16) for the 4x4 and Desert runner trucks, albeit in a 16 inch wheel normally. Having said that, those wheels you are lusting after are in fact an OEM Nissan wheel. I think part of a past sport appearance package but I may be mistaken on the type of package. The tire is probably just an oem size 265/65R18 for the 18 inch wheel, which is approximately the same size as the 265/75/R16. On both sizes the measurements come to just around 31.6 x 10.4 inches. No trimming needed at all, bolt on and roll away!
