I have severe rust on the rear bumper, but its on the inside. Wash it out as
often as I can, but living in a Salt State....its about normal.

Rust!? On an Alberta truck.:thatswck: Can't be, they don't use the evil salt out there. Betcha got a chipped or cracked windshield though. Seriously, maybe a good buffing and wax would help keep the rust at bay.I had forgotten about this until now, but I thought I'd post and ask if any of you are getting rust on either your chrome bumper or on your foot rails? I have easily buffed out any rust spots I see forming on the bumper (all have been on the rear bumper so far...) but the rust on the foot rails is harder to get rid of. It's showing up on the piece of steel that connects the rails to the truck.
yeah, I've got some surface rust on just about all the weld beads but the frame isnt too bad.I'm going to revive this thread back from the mild undead, at least just for a bit.
Was going to rotate my tires tonight when had to stop and ponder why the hell there is so much rust on the frame, driveshaft and basically every weld bead and bolt! WTF kind of steel did Nissan use?!? 26,000 miles on my truck and wow. Sure I live in a salt region, but this is ridiculous! The front underbody panel is by far the poorest excuse. Makes me want to sandblast it and get it coated in Rhino Liner!
