I have a 2000 cc, I noticed the other day It felt like it was missing at idle. now it's starting to get worse. It does have a bad KS, that I haven't replaced yet, but I don't think thats the problem. I notice if I turn the A/C on it loses alot of power, almost feels like it's stuggling to rev. any ideas. I did replace the distributer last summer(from Nissan), and it had been runnming great, the timing belt was done about 2 months ago. (thats when I learned about the bad KS)

No the KS will not effect idle. However, you should look at a couple things. Plugs and wires. Did you replace the cap or the whole distributor? For some reasons bearing failures in the distributor seem to be a culprit on the Frontier for rough idle.

I did replace the whole distributer, it came with a new cap and roter, I put in NGK iridium plugs with it too.

Maybe run an injector cleaner through the gastank and that might help out a bit
