I am going to be replacing the cap and rotor this weekend. I ordered the parts and they sent them to me.

Upon inspecting the new cap I noticed the electrical ends (nipples) for the plug wires to go on are not already molded into the cap. Do I remove them out of the ole cap and put them in the new cap, or are they molded into the end of the plugs wires?

Is this common or did I get the wrong cap? I always thought the cap came with the plug ends already in the cap.
