was under the truck and I see this(not the best pic but hopefully someone knows what it is)

its location is right under the driver door attached to a heat shield on my 06 frontier.Can anyone take a few pics of theirs and tell me where the other end is attached. Thanks

Ground strap, probably to the exhaust.
