Does anybody know of a way to reprogram the auto headlights on the 2006 Frontier's so they don't stay on for 45 seconds after you exit the vehicle and lock the doors? I think 15 seconds or less would be plenty.

Thanks.

yeah, it's part of the day time running lights/auto lights feature included with the 2006 Crew Cab LE.

Are you guys serious? You must be part of some bland forums unless this is the first ones you've been a part of. There weren't any guidelines for sizes of pictures when I made my signature, so until then 8O

EXACTLY!!! Mine fit those rules. It didn't warp the forum by making people scroll to the right, and it was under those pixel dimensions.

But if their mojo is hurt, I was in the process of changing it already. Everyone happy now?

bland forums? hardly. most of the other forums i visit are sport bike and racing forums. i just don't need to see a picture of your truck that's half the size of my screen when i really only care about the text in the posts.

You can have your dealer adjust the time setting for your auto lights with Consult 2

As mentioned it can be adjusted w/ Consult II. It has the following settings:
1. Normal (default)
2. Desensitized
3. Sensitive
4. Insensitive
(These sound more like people settings)

The delay has settings of:
off, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180 seconds.
No 15 seconds time delay.
