Replacing water pump, 2007 frontier v6

Very novice mechanic here...

I have the cover off to access the tensioner and the pump itself. I had drained all the coolant from the bottom of the radiator, but I could not locate any drain plugs on the engine block itself. I am worried that when I pull the pump, it is going to spill coolant into the timing chain area and mix with engine oil.

Can anyone send me a picture of where the drain plug is on the engine block? Or do I not need to worry about it?

Also, when I pull the covers off the tensioner and pump, do I need to put new gaskets on those covers? I had to pry quite a bit to get them off after I removed the bolts.
