Replace Drive belts?

Service book says to replace engine drive belts at 30k and 60k. Well, I am at 50k and havent done it yet. What belts are they referring too? Timing belt? Does anyone know of a DIY thread to do this? Is it hard?

wow really over due,almost at 50k belt still looks good,maybe i will change it at 60k.
