How? I took the tray off and there are some screws but they didn't do anything. I don't wanna break anything and everything I could find really didn't help.

Once the tray on top of the dash is popped out you should see one screw in the center area near the top of the opening. Remove it and the center dash section should pull out and down which will expose the radio for easy removal.
