Kinda like the original oil filter. I think Nissan has a super robot that screws things on

Can you clarify just a bit, is it threaded on in the normal direction, or is it just pushed on very tightly like on some cars?

I still think about it often but haven't done it yet. An old school Hurst T-handle would be nice.

a strap wrench works well on the shifter. mine came loose just from me driving it. i guess i shift with some enthusiasm.

strap wrench also works on oil filters as well. they come in handy

The stock one is too big for my hand, I am going with Momo Shadow, it has the smallest diamiter.

twist till you think something is gonna break...then twist alittle bit more and you'll have it!!!

I hear you on that. I wish the top of the ball was flat as I find that more comfortable to me. Even if it was more cushioned rather than like a rock would help too.
