Hope I spelt the title right ha!

I just started to get a shudder when I put the brakes on hard and the ABS light starts to come on................thought that because I have not gone near the rear brakes in 4 years they must be on the way out.............

When I checked the left rear it looks brand new..........!!!

In talking with a brake specialist I was advised that when a 4x4 is raised, it tends to push all braking effort to the front............the rear simply do not have any effort on them unless towing, so very little wear occurs.........

Turns out my shudder is a front left wheel bearing on the way out........

Anyone had trouble with their wheel bearings? mine are at 98,000K

Mickey Thompson ATZ Tyres are starting to get noisy too at 50,000K but still heaps of tread on them and good even wear so might go 80,000K as advertised.
