Change Your Serpentine Belt Nothing Else, The Water Pump Isnt That Hard, It Has An Access Cover In The Front Timing Cover. But Really Its A As Needed Part. If Your Asking About A Timing Belt On A Vq40 I Would Only Stick To The Serpentine Belt Replacement And Go No Deeper
