Question about speakers in 04 nissan frontier

Hey guys Ill be getting my dads 04 frontier and I want to upgrade the sounds system in it. It is a crew cab a with the base stero system. I want to get the sub box that fits 2 8" inch subs behind the rear seat. My first question is does anyone know of any good subs that will fit this box? Another question I have is what are the sizes of the stock speakers?
