ok so i read the postings about the tensioner pulley and so i took it off and cleaned it and it spins smooth and free. but i still have a sqeak and sqeal. could it be from the AC pulley? thats where i think it is. if so how hard is it to pull that off and will i lose mu freon?

its a 1999 frontier 4x4 automatic with about 160,000- V6.
i had the belts replaced about 3-4 years ago and the belt looks fine.

i had tried first with belt dressing and that helped a little, but not enough. i would love it if i could pull the AC unit off and get the pulley off of it and just replace that. am i being too hopeful?

all advice and input is welcome- i hope i incuded enough information about my truck.

after further exploration it turns out my alternator belt was loose. all tightened up now and the problem seems solved.
