Hey guys,

I have an '09 and am going to be putting on the PRG advanced coil over package on Friday. I was wondering if you guys have run into any problems when installing your lifts? I wanna be prepared for some common problems I might run in to..

Thanks,

Fish

UCA bolt behind the steering shaft....i would say thats the worst thing i dealt with and even that wasn't so bad because i had a buddy push on the steering shaft U joint enough so that i could pull the bolt out and reuse it...no cutting for me.

If you are doing the Deavers in the rear then dropping the rear axle etc will be "fun" but again not hard. Just take your time and soak everything in penetrating oil from the night before.

My ball joints were a bit stuck, but you have an 09 so you should be fine. I cut the bolt by the steering shaft with a dremel, lol I didn't have a sawzall available.

I'll post pics in a couple days once finals are over. Also on Ronin Wheelers there is thread of the exact same install on an xterra which helped me since the directions that come with the lift dont include pics. The only difference is going to be rear of the truck. Ill try to find that thread and put it on here too. Oh and have fun with the C-clamps and the leaves when you do your lift...
